Our Team

Our Team at Affiliated Orthodontics is very experienced in every aspect of orthodontic treatment so we can provide outstanding services for children, teens, and adults who undergo orthodontic treatment with braces or Invisalign. 

Business/Treatment Coordinator – Day to day operations of Affiliated Orthodontics and the go to person when you first becoming acquainted with orthodontic treatment in our office. My goal is to educate you on your orthodontic problem and answer all your questions when considering orthodontic treatment.

Lori 

I have been in Orthodontics since 1993 and I truly love it! Drs Womack and Davis are such great people and I so enjoy working with them. I was born and raised here in sunny Arizona. I am happily married and we have 2 boys – Kade and Jace. My three boys are the love of my life!! We are involved at our church and Young Life and enjoy just spending time together as a family. Our weekends are full with football and soccer games. I am here to help you in any way I can and look forward to our office giving you the smile you deserve!!!!

Appointment Coordinators – Our goal is to welcome you to the office with smiling faces and work with you one on one by scheduling appointments that work within your schedule and busy life style as best we can.

Tracy

I'm an Arizona native, mother of two wonderful daughters, Kylie and Madison. I also lived in Denver, Colorado for 3 years at which time I danced for the NBA's Denver Nuggets. I have been in the orthodontic field since 1996. And am also a dance instructor at Spisak Dance Academy in the evenings and weekends where my daughters dance as well. Lately, my girls and I are hooked on playing tennis on the Nintendo Wii!  I look forward to meeting you and your family!

Diana

I am a native Arizonan, mother of five beautiful children from adults on down. I also have a beautiful new granddaughter. I've been in the dental field for over 10 years. I joined the practice in August of 2003. I love to spend time with my family. I like to write and draw and I grow vegetable and flower gardens. I also like to travel whenever the time allows. One day I wish to travel to Scotland, Ireland, and England.

Financial Coordinator – My Goal is to walk you through the financial area of orthodontic treatment which includes payment programs, insurance, and flexible spending accounts.  Feel free to contact me at any time regarding matters in this area.

Mikki

I am almost a native Arizonan because my family moved here when I was 2.  I graduated from ASU with a degree in Communications and I have worked in the Travel industry for the past 20 years as a Corporate Trainer and as an Accounts Manager.  Although I am new to Orthodontics, I am excited to work with Dr. Davis and Dr. Womack in this important area of the office.  I am married and we have 3 wonderful children: Mason, Carter and Kacy.  I enjoy running, hiking and spending time in the Arizona sunshine.

Patient Coordinators - While undergoing orthodontic treatment, our goal is to keep you informed regarding the different phases of orthodontic treatment, facilitate the doctors in treatment delivery, and streamline the entire treatment process for both patients and parents start to finish.  We also make it fun and enjoyable too.

Monika

I was born and raised in Poland. I came to the United States in 2000. I became a dental assistant in 2003, and I truly love my career and seeing the difference orthodontic dentistry makes in lives of our dental patients. I have worked with Dr Womack for about 4 years and am also responsible for all the computer technology we update constantly in our practice. My family is the blessing of my life, and I love to spend my free time with my husband and our young daughter, Olivia.

Amy

I have been in the orthodontic field for years and have been working for Dr. Womack since October 2005. I have two little girls, Kaitlyn and Kailie. I was born and raised in Chicago, IL.  I moved out to Arizona in July of 2003. I enjoy running, traveling, watching and playing baseball and being with my friends and my family. I look forward to seeing you in our office.

Irene

I was born and raised here in Arizona!  I have been an orthodontic clinical assistant for over 12 years.  I was a patient of Dr. Davis in 1995, and the fun experience that I had as a patient is what made me want to go into Orthodontics. I started working for Dr. Davis in 1998 and I have learned from the best!  I have a son Dylan. We love going to Church at Calvary, spending time with our family, doing outdoor things and going to the beach every summer.  I look forward to working with you to help give you a smile that will last a lifetime!

Gina

 I am the mother of 2 boys and 1 girl. I like camping & road trips, going to the movies.   I love to cook when time permits. We have 2 dogs, 3 cats, & a Ferret! I have been in the field of orthodontics for over 6 years and enjoy learning new and excited things daily. I love to have fun in the office and get kind of crazy…… it helps make everyone have a better day.   The most important part of my job is meeting so many wonderful friends, especially when a young child comes in and we get to see them change over the years… they just become a part of you… it’s cool!   Dr.Womack and Dr Davis are very awesome people to work with.

 I was born and raised in Phoenix. I have been in the orthodontic field for over 5 years and have been working for Dr. Womack and Dr Davis since January 2006. I love traveling; I try to travel at least 2 times a year. I also enjoy hanging out with my family and going out on the weekends with my friends.
